Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown rice, washed and drained
100g pumpkin, cubed
3/4 cup water
Steps:
Place brown rice and pumpkin with water into an electrical/automatic rice pot.
Press cook.
Voila!
*increase amount of rice and pumpkin to water ratio accordingly if cooking for more than 1 person.
