I have BP of 110/70 and quite often after a marathon feed, I feel giddy. Thirsty giddy. Too pening and lazy to saunter to the kitchen to help myself to a warm drink.
The Other Half is very sweet. He makes me a warm drink and serves it half-asleep!
The recipe is simple.
You will need:
3 level tbsp of Horlicks
100 ml of hot water
100 ml of fresh milk
Dilute Horlicks with hot water and stir well with a spoon. Add fresh milk. Stir well. Serve warm.
